Mandatory B2B E-Invoicing Timeline in Poland
Poland's B2B e-invoicing requirement will be implemented in two phases
February 1st, 2026
Applies to businesses with annual revenue over 200 million PLN.
April 1st, 2026
Applies to all businesses in Poland.
All invoices must be issued and received through the KSeF platform, in a machine-readable XML format, ensuring seamless compliance with Poland's regulatory standards.

The SAP module users will take the same steps they have taken before and Melasoft add-on automatically will extract the necessary information to create the e-invoice in structured XML format as the VAT code mandates.
